When you're this early on in the search and research process, there's one simple solution - cnet.com. Go through their HDTV buying guide. Its very good and its unbiased. In addition to the buying guide they also have reviews on a huge selection of TVs. LCD and LED are the same thing. "Standard" LCDs are built using fluorescent light sources (CCFL). But as a premium option you can now buy LCDs that use an LED light source instead. LED lights offer lighter weight, thinner panels, deeper blacks, and less energy consumption. But they are still LCDs and still have the same pros and cons as LCDs in the other aspects of the technology.
Size matters a lot. If you're looking at under 40" then don't get to caught up in the fancy features. You just won't see the advantages of them and you'll pay a lot more for no good reason. If you're in the 40" - 47" range its a bit of a grey area. Some people like the higher end features there, but many will argue its not really necessary. Once you break 50" though, most people will recommend getting the better features. Though at 20 feet away, even a large 55", or bigger, set might still not need some of the higher end options because you're just so far away.
Don't get caught up in 3D. If you buy 3D today, you're not future proofing your TV for the next 10 years, heck not even 5 years (3 years if you're lucky). 3D is rapidly evolving still. 3D does not have some sort of standard that is established and not changing. Its changing, and constantly. The types of panels used, the types of glasses used, using glasses at all. Its all in a state of change right now. So I wouldn't invest a lot in 3D currently
However, that being said, all of the supreme best features and parts and such are being put into 3DTVs. So if you want a top of the line TV you likely want to buy a 3DTV, even if you don't use the 3D features.
Panasonic is probably the biggest bad boy on the block in terms of elite televisions. They filled the void left by pioneer when they left the market place. They have amazing quality televisions and an impeccable reliability reputation (they aren't perfect, no one is, but they have a great reputation on quality and on customer service when there are problems).
Sony, Samsung, LG, Toshiba, and Vizio are all also top tier brands and worthy of your consideration. But that's about it. I would avoid any other brands as they are going to be more "second tier".
For good pricing at the time of purchase, shop around, and ask places if they price match competitors. Then visit sites like amazon.com, bestbuy.com, abcwarehouse.com, and see who has the best price right now. The get the place nearest to your home to match that price.

2. What are some good things to write on a resume? What are some good things to put on a resume?Your contact information. You can have the best resume in the world.. but if the company cannot reach you.. you will never be hired (yes, I've seen it before).
Security clearance - if you have one.
. put it up front and up top. List date it expires or when it was granted. If you dont have one.. don't put it on there.. simpleK - Knowledge - this is demonstrated in how you solved problems.. not with a list of responsibilities. Everything that is on your resume is free game in a resume.
. So be honest with yourself here.
S - Skills - this is shown in the projects you've done. It is only slightly represented by a list of responsibilities and there are better ways to show this.A - Accomplishments - this is very important. You need to show the impact of what you did.. not just say you did it. I performed daily checks is one thing. I wrote a script to automate daily checks, which saved the team 3 hours worth of work per week. This resulted in more uniform and predictable results in our checks and allowed us to more consistently catch problems early on while making it easier to train new techs on our daily procedures. Both say you did daily checks. The second sentence will get you an interview with the first wont even be noticed. SHOW YOUR IMPACTEducation/Experience. The more experience you have, the less education you need to have on the resume (as long as it meets the minimum requirements).Optional - A list of familiar technologies or skills that dont show up elsewhere. I'm in IT. I work with all sorts of tech. My KSA's above and my experience may not address all of it .. so I put a list of tech and certifications at the bottom of my resume. It's a bit like loading my resume up for searches by putting all the key terms at the bottom.
. but it's really there for a recruiter to scan that and see if they want to dive deeper. It's worked well for me.Things that aren't "put on" a resume that are still important. Formatting. I'm not saying one format is superior to any other.
. just keep it consistent. If you do your dates MM/YY when listing out your jobs.. do it that way every time. Dont switch between 10/19, 10/2019, and OCT 2019. Be consistent. If your job title is in bold on one place, it needs to be bolded everywhere. If your dates are left justified and company is right justified.. make sure they are the same everywhere. Your verb/tense agreement needs to be correct. Use present tense at your current job, past tense at your past jobs. Make sure things are spelled correctly. Make sure acronyms are spelled out first, then abbreviated. Proper capitalization is vital. You don't need complete sentences.. but if you're using sentence fragments, make sure your using a bullet point format. If you're using bullet points for one job, use them for all. Use the same bullet points (not a mix of dots and arrows...).What are some good things to write on a resume? What are some good things to put on a resume?

3. Is Nancy Pelosi confident that she has the votes for an impeachment inquiry, since she called for a vote?I think not. This is just a charade, as the Democrats have nobody that can beat Trump in the coming election. The Democrat party itself is split, between radical elements like AOC (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez), and because they are unlikely to be able to pull the various elements in the party together are going to lose by a land slide. You only have to watch the presidential debates to see that they have nobody that is outstanding as a leader that could stand-up to Trump. The fact that there are new candidates stepping in at this late stage just shows you how bad things have become. The sad fact about this impeachment inquiry, is that what they are going after Trump for is exactly what the Democrat party are guilty of doing - Biden even bragged about bribing Ukraine to stop prosecuting a business that his son was on the board of. This effectively takes Biden out of the running, as you know in the unlikely event that Biden, who is currently leading the charge of candidates for the left were to be successful, then there immediately would be impeachment proceeding against him for bribery in the Ukraine. And there is real evidence for this, and admitted guilt by Biden himself! The Democrat Party is in a real mess. They have nothing to show for in the way of achievements for the country, just wasted 3 years going after Trump where multiple prosecution attempts have failed.Meanwhile, Trump has turned the country around, pretty much all Americans are doing much better than they were under the Obama administration, even Obama himself admits that he could not bring manufacturing back to America they way Trump has successfully done.
And despite what others are saying, the Schiff led process is nothing more than a kangaroo court without allowing the Republican party to bring in many of their own witnesses. If you want to be successful at removing a sitting President, you have to gain bi partisan support. Pelosi is not doing this - it's just a charade - like the other attempts going nowhere and taking any winning election prospects for the Democrat party down the toilet for 2020.
From watching the proceedings, its like watching a badly rehearsed high school play rehearsal, just waiting for the plug to be pulled before attempting to go public. The problem for Pelosi, is that she has backed herself into a corner with no escape, and has effectively killed Biden's prospects, the poster child for bribery prosecution coming to a screen near to you soon!Schiff's days are also numbered, perhaps his biggest mistake being involved with creating the so called whistle-blower, who had no direct information, just hearsay, and then failing to bring him forward for everybody to hear. While Pelosi has allowed pissing on the streets of her back yard in San Francisco to now be legal, she is also pissing away any chance of success in the coming election!Pelosi needs to "Schifft gear"(pun intended) soon, by pulling this sham, and doing something positive to support the American people prior to the election, because of now - the Democrat party have no redeeming positive value as representatives of the American people, to parade in front of the Americans come election time, just being an angry mob of sore losers who were incapable of any leadership to improve the country, unable to get over the fact that they lost the 2016 election, because of a defective candidate.
This could not get any worse.... or could it. Let's see if Hillary jumps into the race!Is Nancy Pelosi confident that she has the votes for an impeachment inquiry, since she called for a vote?
