The bank said Hon Hai, the world's largest maker of electronic components, might manufacture the tablet, a connected device bigger than a smartphone but smaller than a netbook that Apple is expected to launch next week.
The display will likely come from LG Display or possibly AU Optronics, UBS said in a note on Wednesday, and Samsung will probably manufacture the application processor on Apple's behalf.
"An Apple tablet rollout being expected, key will be timing and price points, in order to assess how material it could be for suppliers," UBS said.
UBS mentioned Broadcom, Cheng Uei, Wintek, Sintek, TPK Solutions, Simplo, Dynapack as possible suppliers of other parts.
Earlier this month, sources familiar with the situation told Reuters companies including AVY Precision Technology, TPK and Wintek would be suppliers for the tablet and said touchscreen panels were already being shipped.
