In addition to the number of channels, total power, output specification and resolution of each channel, you also need to understand and master the following performance indicators to make good use of DC power supply:
Load regulation rate
In the constant voltage output state, when the load (output current) changes, the output voltage e will change, which is recorded as â³ eout. The constant voltage load regulation rate reflects the proportional relationship between â³ eout and E. In the constant current output state, when the load (output voltage) changes, the output current I will change, which is recorded as â³ IOUT. The constant current load regulation rate reflects the proportional relationship between â³ IOUT and I. Usually * * *% Ã Output voltage value / current value offset indication
Power regulation rate
When the power input e changes (± 10%) in the state of constant voltage output (full load wear), the output voltage e will change, which is recorded as: Ⳡeout. The constant voltage linear regulation rate reflects the proportional relationship between Ⳡeout and E. In the state of constant current output (full load wear), when the power input e changes (± 10%), the output current I will change, which is recorded as: ⳠIOUT. The constant current linear regulation rate reflects the proportional relationship between ⳠIOUT and I. Usually * * *% à Output voltage value / current value offset.
Stability
The maximum change of output voltage and current within 8 hours when the ambient temperature remains unchanged. Usually * * *% Ã Output voltage value / current value offset representation
temperature coefficient
The maximum change value of output voltage or current when the temperature changes by 1 â. Usually * * *% Ã Output voltage value / current value offset representation
Ripple and noise
Ripple is the AC component of DC voltage. Usually, the DC voltage is obtained through AC voltage rectification and filtering. Due to unclean filtering, there will be residual AC components. Even if it is powered by battery, it will produce ripple due to load fluctuation. It is usually expressed by VPP and RMS values of ripple and noise.
Accuracy
Programming accuracy: error index between set value and actual output value. Readback accuracy: error index between actual output value and screen readback display value.
transient response
When the load current changes instantaneously, the change of output voltage and the time of voltage stabilization. That is, the time when the output voltage recovers to 15MV when the output current is from full load to half load or from half load to full load.
