Lemons only do it very slightly if you lay in the sun for days. It actually dries the crap out of your hair which also breaks it. I did it to mine and was so peeved when it went like straw. Vinegar and water is good to rinse hair in as it is not acidic. It doesnt lighten it in my experience. My suggestion, get some streaks. The old fashioned ones through a cap... they rock. Better than chunky foils

To make pico de gallo, do you need lemon juice or lime juice?
Definitely lime! Lemon would work but it would not be true pico. Always cut up the onion first and let it soak in the lime juice while you chop up everything else. The acid in the lime softens the onion a little :).

No idea what you want so here are a few very random recipes, enjoy CROCK POT BEEF ROAST 3 to 4 pound roast beef or round steak salt and pepper 1 small onion, chopped 1 pkg. brown gravy mix 1 cup water ½ cup catsup 2 teaspoon dijon mustard ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ cup red wine (optional) Place meat in slow cooking pot. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. If desired, add small peeled potatoes and carrots. Sauce can be thickened with 2 tablespoons flour dissolved in ¼ cup of water. SUMMER LIME CHICKEN TENDERS 2 pkgs. boneless, skinless chicken tenders 1/3 c. olive oil Juice of 3 limes 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 3 tbsp. fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper, freshly ground Trim fat from tenders. Pound between waxed paper to flatten. Combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over chicken and marinate 4-8 hours. Grill or broil the chicken tenders for 2 minutes on each side. Yield: 4-6.

Flaming Dr.Pepper- Take a shot glass mostly full of amoretto, add a tiny bit of Bacardi 151 to the top of the glass, light the 151 on fire and drop the shot glass into a mug of beer (8 to 12 ounces) and chug! Believe it or not, it tastes exactly like Dr.Pepper (so if you do not like Dr.Pepper, you wo not like this!) WARNING: be careful when pouring the 151 not to get it down the side of the shot glass, on the counter, and especially not on yourself; when you light the top of the shot glass, it will also light everything else that the 151 got on. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cement Mixer- pour half a shot of Bailey's and half a shot of lime juice into separate shot glasses. Take the Bailey's in your mouth (but do not swallow) and then take the lime juice in your mouth and then swish them together in your mouth for about 30 seconds before swallowing. This will create a sensation that you surely will not soon forget!

Step2 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum, lime juice and agave nectar or sugar syrup. Shake well, for about 10 seconds. Step3 Empty your chilled glass of its water and ice. Step4 Pour your daiquiri through a strainer into the glass. Step5 Garnish with lime wedge and serve. If you prefer, serve your daiquiri over ice. Step6 To make a pitcher of frozen daiquiris with this recipe, fill blender with ice. Add 16 oz of rum, the juice of 3 large limes and 5 to 6 oz. agave nectar or sugar syrup. Add to 1 cup frozen strawberries or other fruit, if desired. Blend well, pour and serve in chilled glasses with lime wedge.
