Of the MLB players who hit 500 career home runs, who had the most stolen bases?
Barry Bonds stole 514 bases to go along with his 762 home runs, and is currently the only player with over 500 of each. In fact, Bonds is the only player with over 400 HR and SB

Do you think Barry Bonds could have hit as many home runs had he been in the American League his entire career
none, Barry had his home runs in his career in only National League, not in American League. He played for Pittsburgh Pirates and SF Giants. Hank Aaron played in Braves as National League but he was traded to Brewers (in his time, Brewers is part of American League later in 1998 they moved to National League).

Could David Ortiz or Ryan Howard hit 60 home runs this year?
i think low 50s is the best you are going to see. both are hitting at a torrid pace and if the steroid accusations were going to fly they would have come by now. besides, most 'roid pumpers do not have a fat beer belly like ortiz!

How many Home runs will Ryan Howard Hit this year? David Ortiz?
there is in basic terms some month left in the season, so the two one in all them could could desire to hit one fairly plenty the different recreation, on a similar time as achieveable, this is unlikely. And sure, they the two will pass over 50 and that i am advantageous there will be some allegations, it is how this is gonna be with absolutely everyone putting up those form of power numbers, yet with Howard, he has 0 stolen bases so which you may think of he could be getting extra velocity to if he became into on something, so possibly there heavily is not too plenty pronounced for him when you consider that he did enter the league in simple terms as enormous as he's now

Why is it that 1st basemen, right fielders, left fielders, and center fielders usually hit more home runs?
Major league scouts rank players based on the 5 tools, hitting for average, hitting for power, speed, fielding and arm. They then rank the tools by order of importance for each position. Corner outfielders, third and first base the primary concern is power. With center fielders power is not a big concern and is actually the lowest rated tool for the position as with shortstop and second base. Of course there will always be guys at each position who are exceptions to what they consider important but generally the model for the prototype player follows their rankings

Walk-off home runs in top 10?
Kirk Gibson's walk-off against Dennis Eckersley in game one of the 1988 World Series is the one that always sticks out in my mind. This guy can barely walk and as he's trotting between first and second he does this sideways fist pump. I think that home run kind of broke the A's back. As a Giants fan, it pains me to pick anything by the Dodgers, but that's the one that always sticks in my mind. EDIT Wow! I totally misread the question. Completely ignore my answer.

What MLB player do you love to see hit home runs?
Robinson Cano prettiest swing and he is my favorite player

Should Jim Thome make the hall of fame just because he has hit 12 walk-off home runs?
No he should get in because he has almost 600 home runs. He's in the top 10 i believe on the all time home run list. If a guy has 12 home runs and they are all walk-offs he's not getting in. If I guy has 600 and none of them were walk-offs he's a shoe in

Who would hit the most home runs: Juan Pierre, Tom Brady, Lebron James, Tiger Woods, or Alexander Ovechkin?
probably Lebron, definitely not Pierre. I would bet that with his size and growing up as an athlete, lebron learned how to hit in little league
