2. Use the control cable, select the shielded cable, or use the conduit to shield all components from the digital programmable variable frequency power supply to the motor.
3. The routing distance of motor cables shall be less than 500mm, independent of other cables. At the same time, please avoid long-distance parallel wiring of motor cables and other cables to reduce electromagnetic interference caused by sudden change of output voltage of digital programmable variable frequency power supply. If control cables and power cables intersect, they shall intersect at an angle of 90 degrees as far as possible. The analog signal line related to the digital programmable variable frequency power supply is wired separately from the main power line, even in the control cabinet.
4. For analog signal lines related to digital programmable variable frequency power supply, shielded twisted pair shall be used, and shielded three core cable (larger than conventional motor cable) shall be used for power cable or according to the user manual of digital programmable variable frequency power supply.
5. The rectification and frequency conversion of digital programmable variable frequency power supply will produce a large number of interference electromagnetic waves in the surrounding environment. These high-frequency electromagnetic waves will cause a certain degree of interference to nearby equipment and devices, resulting in high-order harmonic interference. Higher harmonics enter the whole power supply network through the power supply circuit, thus affecting other equipment. If the power of digital programmable variable frequency power supply accounts for more than 25% of the whole system, measures must be taken to prevent the interference of control power supply.
