Who is Green Arrow's most dangerous adversary?
Over the years, Green Arrow has faced and defeated some stellar villains - some even several times. He has quite a list of people who've got nasty grudges against him: Deathstroke, Merlyn, and Count Vertigo are three of the biggest villains that continually face off against the Emerald Archer. But Green Arrow's most dangerous adversary, though, is one that never shows up in the rogue's gallery. He's deadly, skilled, and has been shown in the comics to be fully capable of defeating Green Arrow time and time again. He's the only adversary who can even consistently beat Green Arrow. His name is Oliver Queen.Ollie is quite literally his own worst enemy. Time after time, in nearly every iteration of Green Arrow, Ollie manages to do things that are nothing if not self-destructive. It's actually one of the things that makes him so interesting as a character. Watching Ollie battle his numerous demons and figure out how to be a husband, father, hero, businessman, and friend is just as engaging as watching him defend his city and defeat criminals and villains. Green Arrow is a character that (before the new 52, at least) has literally been through the wringer - and most of it is his own fault. And yet, despite all of his flaws, despite his self-destructive tendencies and the demons he wrestles, he's still likeable - we still root for him and we still want to see him win

How has playing Magic: the Gathering affected your life?I have a very silly answer to this.Yes, it has led to friendships and fun experiences and the like, but it has led to one unexpected, and honestly, kind of embarrassing outcome:A larger vocabulary.Year after year we get new sets and new cards. But honestly, some cards are just like the ones that came before with minor tweaks.
For example, every year red gets new direct damage cards. These cards either burn you or they shock you.Of course theyre not just going to name each card BURN and SHOCK so they have to keep coming up with new synonyms, or get creative in other ways.
AbradeAcolyte of the InfernoAnnihilating FireAntagonismArc LightningAria of FlameThis was all in the As of red cards that deal damage. Its not that I dont read. But I encountered many of the words first by playing magic. We were at the zoo, and they asked what vultures eat, and I said carrion. It just fell out of my mouth. Not dead animals. And I know exactly where I acquired this word:It may seem silly, but Magic acts a lot like vocabulary flash cards. Theres a word, a picture, and then the context of the word is given. It probably wont do much if youre older and already well read, but for my younger self, it probably added quite a bit to my lexicon!.

What led to your spiritual awakening?I was reading Dying to Wake Up on the train on the way home from the office.A rare glimpse into heaven, hell, and previous livesDr. Rajiv Partis near-death experience brought him on a journey through the afterworld, leading to a spiritual awakening that transformed his career, his lifestyle, and his most fundamental beliefsGravitating to books of the afterlife always comforted me so Id borrowed it from the library. I needed to remember that I believed in things much bigger than me. These books always reminded me of home in a way.On page 204 (or 214) I discovered the meaning of an experience with consciousness that Id had when I was a teenager.
45 minutes later I was standing in my kitchen reading that little paragraph again because I finally understood my meeting with consciousness, when suddenly my head began to swim. Soon my body was swimming too. I could feel some energy moving within me but had no idea what that was. This was not an unpleasant sensation in head and body but it did make me feel a little dizzy and when I walked my dog and for the next 3 months, it was as if I were 10ft tall. Im petite but felt so very tall.
So it was that the experience was there but no understanding of it and curiosity sat inside me for 38 years until that day when understanding dawned.I understood that we are all consciousness experiencing itself as humans. To know that there is more than this is comforting.
Thanks for asking Chantel :).

What is something a classically trained musician knows that other musicians don't?That making music can physically injure you.The above statement illustrates why technique is so important to us. Proper technique not only contributes to the ability to perform the difficult parts of the music successfully, but it also contributes to longevity in performing.
Classical musicians play music that taxes their physical bodies. The music they play or sing can seriously physically injure them if not performed with correct technique. Because of the physical demands, serious classical musicians place a high premium on acquiring a solid technique and making it second nature.
There is a reason why classical musicians can play or sing well into their 70s, and sometimes 80s, with roughly the same level of ability they had when they were younger while many pop musicians are either on their last legs or have been forced out of active performing by then. A classical performer in their 50s or 60s still has at least 15-20 years of active career left if they stay healthy, and are considered to still be in their prime as performers. Pop musicians by the time they hit their 50s are starting to see a decline in their singing or playing ability-it is rare that a pop musician gets to their 50s sounding close to what they sounded like as younger people. Many of them have serious injury by the time they are 30.Technique enables you to have a long, productive career. It's not just about the artistry that can be produced and the ability to execute difficult music, it's also about you literally being capable of performing at a high level for decades with as little minimum wear and tear on your body that is possible.

When was the last war between England and Scotland?A little debatable. The last war that was clearly fought between the Kingdom of England and the Kingdom of Scotland was the Rough Wooing (15431551), in which England attacked Scotland in an attempt to break the Auld Alliance with France, but failed. The last pitched battle of the war was the Battle of Pinkie Cleugh on 10 September 1547.After that, there were was the English Civil War, which was actually a very complex series of wars (plural), which featured multiple factions, many of whom switched sides. The First English Civil War (16421646) pitted English Parliamentarians and Scottish Covenanters against English and Scottish Royalists, so that doesnt qualify. The Second English Civil War (14681649) pitted English Parliamentary forces against an alliance of Scotland and English Royalists, so that is a bit closer, but still doesnt qualify. However, the Third English Civil War (16491651) pitted English Parliamentary forces against an alliance of Scottish Covenanters and a Royalist army comprised predominantly (though not exclusively) of Scots, so you could argue that it was an Anglo-Scottish War.
NB. Despite what some Scottish Nationalists may claim, the Jacobite risings and the Battle of Culloden were not fought between England and Scotland; they occured after the 1707 Act Of Union and were a Civil War within the Kingdom of Great Britain between forces loyal to the Hanoverians, and the Jacobites who wanted to restore the Stuarts. Both sides contained both English and Scots (and also Irish)

Are Delhi voters happy with the AAP government? Has there been any survey conducted on this issue?Points taken from various surveys over Quora and rest of Internet.PS: I am an AAP volunteer and work directly under Manish Sisodia ji in education & health domain in the govt. My answer might feel biased, but this is truely what I feel. I have also campaigned for Yogendra Yadav during Lok Sabha elections 2014.Bijli & Paani - I have personally seen some bills; people of Delhi have acknowledged this. Check out HT and The Hindu survey last year.
Pension - No idea about this one.
Wifi - had to back track on recommendation by Najeeb Jung and acknowledged by Kejriwal. The leader is these days open to feedback and constructive criticism.Schools and Hospitals- I have proofs available directly with me in these sectors. Forget those forwards, I invite anyone to any chosen modern school which was under target to introduce modern facilities. Hospitals have better number of doctors and beds since last 3 years. Mohalla Clinics are another semi-successful examples, even replicated in Germany (special mention to this govt in other countries for this initiative).
Even Odd - People have realized changes, many accepted it, some complained. Again Alka Lamba went to Europe to receive an award for this initiative on behalf of govt.Daily Wager's salary - This was extensively covered for govt projects as well as jamadars who clean Delhi sewage after an outbreak against the govt in Chandni Chowk 6 months ago.
