Almost everyone would go through this phase and even I went through the same but it changed me a lot and let me tell you a few tips that would help anyone who reads this to overcome the situation:No contact rule : This maybe repeated by many writers here , but yes, an year ago even I was going through all the answers here and now Im over it , the greatest reason would be the No contact rule which I follwed religiously. Just follow this for 90 days and you will definitely feel the difference. This means there should me zero contact between both of you, not even a message.Erase memories: Erase all the photos or videos of the happy moments that your shared all the screenshots that you have been storing for ages, please delete all of that so that you would never ever get reminded of anything of your relationship.If you keep on storing it time and again what will happen is that whenever you search for another photo for updating your status for your friend's birthday or any other special occasion you will have to come across that particular photo every time when you browse through all your pictures, so at that point of time at least for 2 minutes you will be thinking about her or him whichis unnecessary and toxic for you.Connect with friends: The most important rule is that you will have to start connecting with your friends, usually we tend to avoid all these people in our life when we get into a relationship since we have to spend a lot of time with our partner so we would have obviously avoided them in many occasions. So start sharing your pain with your friends and this will definitely help you. Even if they mock , its only to make you smile :)Start working towards your career: I always believe in the quote that ' it is better to cry in a Lamborghini than crying in the street' so please divert yourself by focusing on your career. All that is important is your career. Money can give you a boost for sure.Time will heal: When people started telling me that time will heal your pain, I initially didn't believe in that but it proved itself , TIME HEALS YOU, there will be some pain in your heart but it will be just a scar and it will not have such intense pain as it was initially.Love yourself: Just start to think that the key to happiness now is not in the hand of any other person it is now in your own hands. If you want to feel happy you can be happy if you want to cry over the past you can simply sit down in a corner and cry over the past it all depends on you.Destroy the ideology of perfection: All of us whenever we are in a relationship we always think that our partner is the best in the world and after breakup we tend to slightly have a guilt that our partner is the best in the world and we lost them but it isn't true this is called as the ideology of perfection, this has to be broken, I always believe in the quote that 'there are plenty of fishes in the sea and you can definitely catch one'. So immediately stop idolizing your ex as the perfect human.Improve yourself: I am not gonna give any boring lectures like to start reading books or start gyming . Improving yourself is highly subjective from person to person, but you have to find a way of improving yourself be it anything ,start doing something ... something which you are good at or something that you stopped doing when you were in a relationship. As per news, the power cuts have increased but if it is for a greater good and benefits all the sections of the society, welcome!4. Kejriwal transferring 800 DJB officials based on a sting operation. In(stant)justice. So, Mr. Kejriwal, you know what a transfer is after enjoying all your life in Delhi. How come only civil servants like Khemkas are transferred? And not you? Or your wife? 5. Janta Durbars - Staged a drama, failed and never did it again. Probably a look at how Chandy did it and got a UN award might help. And do not do it for media. 6. Travelling by metrothat too on a ladies seat ;-). Required extra cops. Disrupted metro transport. By the way, even Laalu also went for his oath ceremony in a rickshaw. As preached by him, dharnas don't work so one should enter electoral politics.nIf I were to give a benefit of doubt to AAP and try to agree to what AAP fanatics are saying that they are new to the system and governance, then how justified is it for AAP to contest nationally? Everyone knows AAP can only cut a few votes and bag some seats, may be, in two digits. After that? How will it form the government? With Congress's support or by supporting Congress? And what are the policies it is in favor off? Communism? Signing the files, waiving off bills, giving subsidies and staging dharnas is easy. Show us the policies, good sirs. Sir Kejriwal, people have put their hope with you. Please do not play with it. Govern Delhi. Run it efficiently. Run it like no one has ever done it before. Raise the bar. To a new level altogether. I'm sure, this country will see you as a national alternative. Prove it and you'll deserve it. And then, go for it. You have a golden opportunity to keep all other political parties on their feet. Be their watchdog. Please ask media to go home and let you work. In this happens, we'll have no choice, but to shut up.
