Coffee does not really darken, but it defines. I used it and I loved it. Honey does not work for softness. Olive oil worked! But too much makes it greasy. Banana works well too, but not the best. Mayo softens to extremes. It's awesome. I don;t think the Sprite/Coke did anything for my hair. Btw Honey and olive oil works good on the tips to seal split ends.
