And most pathetic and appalling was that they themselves chaired the bench deciding these cases. It was no way acceptable and was gross mis conduct of the judicial process and the victims were denied justice by Apex court itself.In these circumstances off course we may conclude that at present third pillar of democracy is gradually crumbling and there is a clear decline in moral and ethical values of their functioning

Will a grand alliance against the BJP remove Modi from power in 2019?
I will write not as an analyst, but as a voter.I think few weak parties who were rivals before and now coming together to defeat a common enemy who has positioned himself as champion of anti-corruption, strong back bone to deal with terrorist, Pakistan and naxals, and has economic and social reforms as his main agenda, reflects poorly on the alliance.The narrative of the alliance is a social one: BJP is anti-minority and only pro-Hindu. SO far the evidence is points otherwise. What India needs today is an economic narrative that gives them financial freedom to pursue their goals and deploy their skills.The development that is happening in my city, Nagpur, is tremendous: all roads been made are cement, metro work has began, Nag river cleansing has began in matter of months of BJP taking over center and Mr Nitin Gadkari being selected as Nagpur MP. I see similar development in surrounding cities where BJP is in power.
All this points to the fact that, the political posturing of Grand Alliance is misleading. V P Singh emerged as the last grand alliance champion simply because of tyranny of Indira Gandhis rule. Modi is no Indira.2019 is still Modis. Chill

Pull down Colonel Gaddafi regime and then leaving control of Libya with three tribes which does not get along. As a result , Libya got taken over by ISIL . Now we have a serious threat from ISIL and Al Queda from Libya.2. Playing political games with Saudis. President Obama upset Saudis by making dual statements. On one hand stating US will always be Defence arm for them and then stating they should have their own Defence and solve matters themselves in middleeast. There is nothing wrong with President Obamas stand that Middleeast needs to solve their own issues. US cannot police them but it should have been made clear and done in politically correct manner.3. Lifting embargo on Iran. Saudi and Iran do not see eye to eye for religious reasons. US has been a long term ally of Saudis but lifting Embargo on Iran caused threat to Middleeast, especially Iran. Lifting embargo is good for nations as people should not suffer and should be able to progress but it should have been done in more politically correct manner.Hope this helps.Shukran

The news is just in. India has officially revoked Article 370. Government of India has issued official Gazetted notification to this regard.This order will come into immediate effect. The constituent assembly of the states will now be called as Legislative assembly of the state. As per the notification The Constitution (Application To Jammu and Kashmir) Order 2019, the President with the concurrence of the Jammu and Kashmir government exercised powers conferred to him under the section (1) of Article 370 to pass the order superseding the Constitution (Application To Jammu and Kashmir) Order 1954.So basically Central government will create 2 Union Territories out of J & K. One is Ladakh without legislature and another is J & K with legislature. Modi is finally on the 5th gear. We are finally undoing the wrongs of the traitor Nehru.What is going to happen in Kashmir?Kashmir will no longer be the fiefdom of Abdullahs or Muftis. The Union territories will be directly ruled by Central government. It is also more likely any Indian can settle and purchase property in J & K and Ladakh.A great day for our country. Every Nationalist should back the Prime Minister and his government and stand firm in this regard.

Why is the Hodor revelation such a big deal for fans of Game of Thrones?
A few reasons that I felt made the whole sequence so moving -First of all, it was beautifully filmed. The background score still haunts me. The acting was perfect. The kid who played Willis did such a wonderful job in the seizure scene.Secondly, the revelation in itself didnt have that impact on me. HODOR HOLD THE DOOR. But the way the whole sequence was put together was a creative genius. We got to know the meaning of all it just as he was dying. Dying to save his friends.Thirdly, it did a full circle on the journey of Hodor. He knew what he had to do, his purpose rather from that moment onwards and he accepted that brutal reality without being vengeful and without losing his innocence. Thats what made him a hero.And Lastly, we have seen so many characters dying in GoT, but Ive hardly seen a character sacrificing himself for someone.

Lets take the 4 South Indian states (except Karnataka) one by one.TN : Its DMK or AIADMK every alternate term, so wait for 2024 it will be AIADMK back in power, provided AIADMK gets over their infighting. But BJP which had no foothold in TN till now, has entered heavily into TN bcos of AIADMK. So if AIADMK disintegrates (likely chance) then BJP will take over the AIADMK vote bank. Advantage BJP, wait for 5 yrs.Telangana : BJP won 4 seats this time which is remarkable improvement compared to 1 seat in 2014 which they fought with TDP. Not bad.AP : BJP Cong both got 0. BJP has no credible leader there. Venkaiah Naidu instead of become VP shud have taken the charge in AP, he was the only famous face of BJP in AP. So it will take time to tackle YSRC or TDP. Not good.Kerala : Very similar to AP, Kerala has no good leader from BJP. BJP needs someone big like Shashi Tharoor whom people know. West Bengal had similar problem in 2014, got only 2 seats but after Mukul Roy joined alongwith some few more big guns from TMC, BJP has got 18 seats this time. So BJP needs to take care of organization building in AP & Kerala before 2024 to win seats from here
