Halloween! what you should do is find a pastel, or neutral clor you really like.find a nother of the same color or clear to go over it. make a skirt by stiching a long piece like this [this is like a pattern] VVVVVVVVV. to your waste size. make a slimming top and add the same pattern but smaller, to the edges. i cant really help to much but get wings
